I’m using iTunes 12.2.2.25 and “Grouping” is no longer available! Major pain in the butt when trying to group Audiobooks serials together! Not sure why they would have removed that incredibly useful feature! Jul 30, 2020 Download Apple iTunes for Windows 64-bit. ITunes is a free application for Mac and PC. It plays all your digital music and video. It syncs content to your iPod, iPhone, and Apple TV. Probably not much of a solution but you could try holding down ctrl + Shift and then click on iTunes. This opens in safe mode, close it and try opening it again and see if the problem is resolved. I'm working through this same issue and still haven't found a resolution.
