I bought this pressed powder after my favorite Mac loose powder/foundation got discontinued. I thought I bought it in the same shade (medium) but somehow the shade ended up different and mismatched my skin. This one is more pink toned and I’m warm/yellow toned. The sponge that came with it was also unhelpful (I threw it out already). It is a boon for oily skin as it controls the shine and oil on my face for a good 5-6 hours, after which it needs touch up. The 12 hours staying claim by Mac is a bit exaggerated. It is waterproof. It has a matte finish but it does not make my skin dry neither doea it settle on the dry. This is a very interesting product from the Raquel Welch collection, I believe.
